Below are some external agencies you can make contact with if you would like some support.

Kooth

Kooth provides a commissioned service consisting of an online wellbeing platform which along with text based counselling also includes helpful articles, forums, a mini activity hub, daily journaling and messaging. Kooth.com is available to young people aged 11-18 in Cambridgeshire & Peterborough and Qwell.io is available to all staff and parents aged 18+.  We have been a trusted partner of the NHS for over 20 years.

The platform provides instant access to self-help materials, live moderated discussion forums and tools such as online journals and goal trackers. People can also contribute written pieces of work reflecting their own experiences, as well as accessing drop-in or on-going structured text-based chat sessions with professional counsellors.

The free, safe and anonymous support includes a personal goal-based journey via online counsellors available 365 days a year, 12pm -10pm on weekdays and 6pm-10pm on weekends. The service is available to anyone with no thresholds or barriers, removing the stigma associated with accessing mental health. The support is available through any device with internet access.
